to me, O God! |

[1] Psalm 70 is a near reproduction of Psalm 40:13-17. “Yahweh” of 40:13a, 16 is replaced by “Elohim” in 70:1a, 4; but “Yahweh” of 40:13b remains as “Yahweh” in 70:1b, while “Elohim” of 40:17b is replaced by “Yahweh” in 70:5b (The Anchor Bible Dictionary). Other Psalms that are “repeated”: Psalm 57:7-11 is found largely in Psalm 108:1-5; Psalm 14 with 53. |
