A Psalm for hurricanes, storm surges, and stability
1 Yahweh reigns, [2] He is clothed with majesty; |
Yahweh has clothed [3] and girded Himself with strength; |
Indeed, the world [4] is firmly established, it will not be moved. [5] |
You are from everlasting. [8] |
3 The floods
have lifted up, O Yahweh, |
The floods have lifted up their voice, |
The floods
lift up their pounding
waves. |
4 More than the sounds [9]
of many waters, |
Than the mighty breakers of the sea, [10] |
Yahweh on high [11]
is mighty. |
5 Your testimonies [12]
are fully confirmed; |
O Yahweh, forevermore. [15] |
